Cameron Conger - Owner/Guide
I am 23 years old and have lived in Grand County, Colorado my entire life. I got my first snowmobile at two years old, and from then on there was no stopping me.

At age 12, I began developing my backcountry knowledge by taking a Level 1 avalanche course with Mike Duffy. Since then, I have earned my Avy Level 1, Avy Rescue, Avy Level 2, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
In addition to backcountry riding, I began racing with the Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Hillclimb Association (RMSHA) in 2019 and have been competing in the Pro class since 2022.
I am excited to share my knowledge of backcountry riding and to teach safety, proficiency, and riding skills

Jeremy Mercier - Guide

Jeremy Mercier grew up in northern Michigan and started riding snowmobiles at the age of 3. Fueled by his passion, he moved to Colorado at the age of 18 and worked hard building his construction business so he could enjoy his winters off! He has over twenty years of avalanche education and a level two certification from Silverton Avalanche School in Silverton, Co. He has been a Ski-Doo backcountry team member for 11 years and has experience riding all types of terrain with varied snowpacks and with all types of riding groups. Jeremy spends over 100 days on the snow annually (the guy likes his snow) and he wants to share his passion and knowledge. His goal is to help others become better riders through avalanche education, good backcountry decision making and of course find the pow!

Lucas Conger - Owner/Guide

I am from Grand Lake Colorado and have lived here my whole life. Growing up I was a skier, I competed in slopestyle and trained with the Winter Park Competition Center for 6 years. Throughout the years I had gone snowmobiling with my family once or twice a year, until around 2020 right before covid my Dad and Brother convinced me to come to a RMSHA race with them and enter it. So the next winter I made the decision to quit skiing and go all in on snowmobiling. Since then we haven't missed a single RMSHA race, and ride over 100 days a year. I have been a part of the Ski-Doo X-team for 6 years. I have my level 2 avalanche certification from Avalanche 1/Mike Duffy. My biggest accomplishment in snowmobiling is winning two Semi-Pro classes and the Semi-Pro King title at the 2025 Jackson Hole Snow Devils World Championship
